About the Role

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, business development, and cultivating new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential members.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, events, and meetings with prospective clients.
• Achieve new customers sales targets and KPIs.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for new customer inquiries and partnerships.
• Develop and implement initiatives to encourage existing customers engagement.
Marketing and Outreach:
• Collaborate with the director to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Represent business at industry events and networking functions.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, wholesales and distributor to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Preferably a degree or comparable qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development and generating new opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of the small business and entrepreneurial landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Smart appearance with a strong personal brand.

  • Proficiency in latest software (food related) and Office 365.
